A multiplex real-time RT-PCR test that targets 3 genes E,N and ORF1ab genes plus internal positive control RNAseP gene for the detection of SARS CoV2 virus in respiratory specimens/swabs of suspected individuals. The kit also includes a positive control for SARS CoV2 and one step RT mastermix.
USP: Our multiplex RT-PCR test targets 3 genes E,N and ORF1ab genes plus internal positive control RNAseP gene in a single reaction and also we are producing the enzymes TaqPol and RT used in the one step RT mastermix indigenously and the low cost of the kit at Rs.25 per reaction and the enzyme mastermix at Rs.5 per reaction.
