- Product Title: Isolated and identified local isolate of Mycvoplasma capricolum subspecies capripneumonia Mccp organism. Cultured in mycoplasma broth. Following sonication, protein isolated and antigen dose standardised to 0.15 mg/ml. The vaccine is adjuvanted by 3 mg/ml of saponin for each dose. The killed vaccine has been administered at a dose of 1 ml per healthy animal of above 3 months age subcutaneously in thorax area. Immune response evaluated under farm experimental and field conditions. Challenge in some vaccinated animals showed protection against infection and will likely be continued till appropriate time.
