Title: Yellowish fine powder of fenugreek seeds was obtained. The gel printing method and FPLC method with Bio-Sil SEC HPLC column and Mono Q ion exchange column was developed for protein fingerprinting. Gel printing and FPLC method was validated for TEFS protein fingerprinting. A standard operation protocol SOP for the pilot scale production of TEFS active fraction from fenugreek seeds was established. A robust quality control gel printing and FPLC protein fingerprinting was developed and scientifically validated for scaled up and lab scale TEFS samples.
