Accelerating and lowering the cost of validation and early stage manufacturing will require the development of new scientific research tools such as biomarkers, assays, cell lines and technologies for efficient processing. The National Biopharma Mission will provide research grants to scientific institutions that will lead to a consortium of Indian and global researchers to develop these novel tools.
