REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST ON QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR IMMUNOGENICITY LABORATORIES AND ANIMAL FACILITIES UNDER MISSION Ind-CEPI

In immunogenicity laboratories and animal challenge study facilities, maintaining and implementing a Quality Management System (QMS) is a crucial part of effective vaccine development to meet the global standards. To have a well-established QMS, implementation of a set of guidelines is required which can be achieved by ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 and GLP certification for immunogenicity laboratories and animal challenge study facilities respectively. The present REOI is to invite agencies with previous experience in the development and implementation of QMS in immunogenicity laboratories and animal challenge study facilities

• Support immunogenicity laboratories and animal challenge study facilities funded under COVID Suraksha mission by development and implementation of QMS.

• Support immunogenicity laboratories and animal challenge study facilities in achieving ISO/IEC 17025:2017 and GLP certification by national accreditation bodies respectively.  

• Agencies will be engaged for a period of a total period of 18 months for development and maintenance of QMS.  

• Agencies registered in India.

• Agencies having five years of experience in developing, implementing, and auditing QMS. 

• Agencies having five years of experience in the implementation of ISO criteria in a laboratory and/or GLP in animal facilities. 

• Agencies having similar kind of work experience with Central Govt. /State Govt./PSUs/Govt. bodies/ companies in India in the last five years.

• Agencies should not be blacklisted by any government agencies in India.
