Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) is a not-for-profit Section 8, Schedule B, Public Sector Enterprise, set up by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India. It is an Interface Agency to strengthen and empower the emerging Biotech sector. BIRAC undertakes strategic research and innovation, addressing nationally relevant product development needs.
BIRAC intends to engage an agency for Family Floater Mediclaim Policy including Annual Health check up for its employees.
BIRAC at present have headcount of approx. 85 [eighty five]. The insurance coverage for different level of employees differs. BIRAC also extend insurance coverage to maximum five (05) dependents of employees.
The interested agencies may share their willingness to participate in this Limited Tender Enquiry through e-mail on hra@birac.nic.in latest by 07th March 2022, cob. Interested proponents shall be invited for a presentation in presence of designated Committee on a stipulated date and time which will be communicated by BIRAC in due course of time.
Agencies who had already provided their consent earlier need not apply afresh.
Kindly note that only agencies who have expressed their willingness shall be called for the presentation.
